Jayden commentates on a game between Luke Marshall and Josh Potratz that will determine who gets the last spot in Top Cut in the Lackey Grand Prix!
Instead of playing a game myself, this week I’m just watchin’ and commentating. I wasn’t able to do it live which makes it a little awkward with me recording over it while listening to them, but I think it turned out alright and it was definitely an interesting game to watch. Josh went into this round in first place, nearly guaranteed to land in the top 4 regardless of how this game goes, but Luke was fighting for his spot. If Josh wins the game outright by getting to 5, then Luke would be out of the top four and CtheTree would take his spot. Luke used a Rotation version of his Nats 2020 3rd place “Throneless Throne” deck and Josh was using a meek/Postexilic protection offense with an Assyrian defense.
