This week Jayden tests out a speedy deck sent to him by Jeremy Chambers challenging the common notion that the Rotation meta is mainly just balanced decks.

Who wants to see another balanced Rotation deck? Well too bad. This week it’s all about offense as we take a speed deck sent to me by Jeremy Chambers for a test drive. This offense is certainly in the running for a new Rotation-legal Throne-style deck that looks to shove a bunch of value Heroes into battle while still being able to make blocking a challenge. Between layers of protection, preventing or tossing Enhancements, and a variety of ways to handle big defenses, this offense has it all. Only question is, can it block enough times to win the race? Without spoiling too much, I think this game with CtheTree will convince you that this style of deck isn’t leaving the meta anytime soon, as hard as Rotation wants you to think otherwise. Jayden started playing Redemption around 2004 when his brothers taught him to play and he attended his first National Tournament in 2005. Since then, he has become a competitive (mostly Type 2) player with a few National titles and, more importantly, has acquired many great friends and mentors through the game.
