There is a new way to get cards into your collection: take a picture of them. Scan cards is live now as a Beta.
One card, or a dozen at a time
Open My Collection on your phone and tap Scan cards. Take a photo of one card, or lay up to 12 flat on the table with gaps between them. A few seconds later you have a list: each card's name and set, how many you already own, and what it sells for at Your Turn Games.

For a stack, take all the photos in your camera app first, then tap Choose from photos and pick them all at once. Binder pages work, just not as well as cards laid flat.
You confirm before anything is added
When a card has more than one printing, the scanner makes its best guess and marks it Check printing. Tap the card to see every printing with its price and pick the right one. If it could not read a Lost Soul's verse, it asks you to pick the card instead of guessing.

The total at the bottom is what the cards in the tray would cost to buy at YTG retail, not what they would sell for.
Add them, and undo if you need to
Tap Add to collection and they are in. If something went wrong, Undo takes the whole batch back out.

View collection opens your collection with the new cards at the top under Just added, so you can look them over.

Things to know
- It is a Beta. The scanner reads most cards right, not all of them, so check each card before you add it. It is open to a small group of testers first. If you want in, tell me.
- Limits. 20 photos every 10 minutes and 150 a day per person, which covers a binder.
- Your photos are sent to Anthropic to read the cards. Anthropic deletes them within 30 days, unless its safety systems flag a photo, and does not train on them. We keep the names we read, not the photos. Details are on the Privacy page.
- Prices come from Your Turn Games. A card YTG does not list shows No YTG listing with a link to search their store.
- The deck builder links to the scanner too, from its Cards I own view and the collection check, so you can fill in your collection before you build.
If the scanner misreads one of your cards, tell me which one and I will look into it.
