The swiss portion of Lackey Grand Prix #16 is now all wrapped up and a top 4 Top Cut will be soon underway!

Unfortunately I was not able to get a time scheduled with my opponent for this week, so there’s no gameplay for this week, but I did do a little recap of the MN State tournament and the deck I played in Type 1 2-player there, and then I did an overview of the similar deck I would have played in this round of the Lackey Grand Prix.

The goal of the deck was to attempt to combat the meta by landing a CBN House Divided, but it’s definitely difficult to pull off once your opponent is well established. One of the best offenses to play along with House Divided is an Angel offense, so I decided to go that direction alongside a little Daniel splash. Enjoy!
