Joshua (Kevinthedude) bought his first starter deck somewhere around 2005 but didn't get plugged into the larger community for almost another decade when his fellow Kansan, Jacob Arrowood (Red Wing), brought him to his first Nationals. He considers 2017 the start of his competitive career and relies on his deck building ability to gain an edge over more skillful players. He loves discussing the meta, novel deck ideas, and sharing the game with new players.
