After a couple wins to start off Lackey Grand Prix #27, I now get to face Chad "CtheTree" Frantz, who also won his first two rounds. In continuing with the theme of using some new Promos, I'm knocking out TWO new Promos with this week's deck by trying out a Honeypot-style deck that takes advantage of the duplicate effect of Pot of Manna in the form of the new Promo, Bound to the Law. Instead of the typical white offense sported by OG Honeypot, I decided to try out some of the new stuff that clay Priests have gotten, such as Jaddua and Jeremiah (he's basically clay, right?). As a result, I Am Grace seemed to be a perfect fit for to complement the offense by cycling Heroes through the Reserve and dealing with some pesky demons that get through Holy of Holies, like Prince of the Air, King of Tyrus, Prince of Greece, and Prince of Persia. On the other side, Chad brought a revised version of his "Two Arrows" deck that I will from now on be affectionately calling "Two Plungers".
