It has been about 2 months since the last Paragon Format update, but big things are in motion behind the scenes. I am working hard to get all the Paragons revised (and many new ones added). You can expect the fresh roster of Paragons soon after End of Times is released. There will also be some minor adjustments to make deck building rules easier to understand.
In the mean time, here is a list of the promos which are now legal to add to your Paragon decks. Previously, the only legal promo cards had been ones that are mechanically the same as cards already in the format (such as alternate art fundraiser cards). All such "cosmetic" promos are still legal, but now so are these:
[2022 - Seasonal]
Son of God [Tomb] [2022 - Seasonal]
Dust and Ashes [2023 - Seasonal]
[2023 - State]
Magic Charms [2023 - Regional]
Angel of God [2023 - National]
Tribute [2023 - Seasonal]
Solomon's Temple [2024 - Seasonal]
Glory of the Lord [2024 - Winner]
Ark of the Covenant [2024 - Winner]
Banner of Love [2024 - State]
Warrior in Training [2024 - Seasonal]
Queen Tahpenes [2024 - Seasonal]
The Darkness [2025 - Seasonal]

Jaddua, Son of Jonathan [2025 - Seasonal]
[2026 - Seasonal]
[2026 - Seasonal]
[2026 - State]
I Am Grace [2026 - Regional]
[2026 - National]
[2026 - Seasonal]
This list of promos will be officially added to the Paragon Rules document when that document is updated for the revised Paragons, but feel free to use them in your Paragon decks now.
Notably absent from the list are the Lost Soul promos (as Lost Souls aren't included in Paragon decks anyway) and the cards "rejected" in the promo polls earlier this year: Glory of the Lord, Guardian of Your Souls, Prince of the Air, Judean Mediums, and both versions of Raider's Camp.
As a reward for reading, I'll leave you with a teaser for one of the brand new Paragons. This Clay Paragon should enable some extremely thematic decks:
Can you guess the name of this Paragon and the redacted parts of its special ability?
