Understanding the Game
“Hello, I’m New” mini-series of articles – Before “Hello, I’m New” became the landing page for our new player resources, it was a three part mini-series explaining card anatomy and an overview of the 5 phases of a turn.
Quick Start Guide – This is an excellent resource giving a guide through how to start playing based on the K/L “Israel’s Deliverance” starter decks.
I/J Starter Deck Tutorial – Redemption with Jayden takes you through a game with the Disciples and Judges starter decks. This is an excellent way to learn the game.
Redemption “Player’s Aid” – This amazing document provides a great overview of the game. It was created by René Thol, one of our Redemption friends from Germany!
Redemption CCG Information Primer videos – YouTuber “Hymn” has provided a 3-part video series to introduce you to the game. All three videos are a quick watch and they increase in the depth of information with each new video.
Reddit “Resources for players of all skill levels” – Thanks to community member Arkon for getting the Redemption Reddit up and running! The stickies post we’ve linked here might just be the most comprehensive, one stop shop of useful information for new and returning players!

Joining Our Community
Redemption has a strong, friendly, helpful community. You can find us in a number of different places.
Message Boards – The message boards are the official community hosted by Cactus Game Design. This is the longest running community location and holds a vast amount of information. This doesn’t work as well on mobile devices.
Discord – Is a very active place to discuss everything Redemption related. You’ll get quick responses to ruling questions and a good feel for what our community is all about! Access via an app or webpage.
Reddit – At the time of this pages creation this is a fairly new area for our community. It meets a big need by being easily accessible for the public to locate. There’s lots of excellent information organized and easy to find.
Card and Set Information
Our Set Library – Land of Redemption offers a text check list and excel spreadsheet of card details for every Redemption set. We also have high quality card images for all recent sets.
Redemption CCG Viewer – Is an amazing web based tool that allows you to quickly look up any card. It is current and update to as of the creation of this page.
Redemption DB – Is a really nice looking web based tool with excellent filters making card images easy to search. It’s current through Lineage of Christ (2020 release).
